Reservations policy

All clients with extensions on need to cleanse thoroughly and remove all makeup on and around the eye area prior to appointment. If I have to do additional cleansing it will be an additional $5 charge. Coming with mascara and other makeup on your eyes takes time away from how full I am able to get your lashes. 

I will be building in a 10 minute time block into each appointment. This means I will be able to work hands on lashes for the full time allotted for each appointment. No longer including setup and check out time. Please note that those 10 minutes are specifically for setup and checkout. It is not "extra" time in case you are late to your appointment. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next client.

I have a 3 day grace period. This means that you have 3 days after your appointment to let me know of any issues regarding your lashes; retention or reaction related. In that time frame I will have you come back in and fix the issue free of charge. After 3 days it will be considered a regular appointment and the client will be charged.

Tardiness Policy

I understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable. However, depending on the circumstances of the client, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

If you arrive late you will be charged in full for your scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session.For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, not including the 15 minute time block for set up and checkout. 

Cancellations Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me by text or phone call at least 12 hours in advance. I will respond to your cancellation. If I have not responded, I did not receive your cancellation, if this is the case please check to make sure you are contacting the right number and NOT the number you receive your appointment reminders from, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee. 

Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 80% of the scheduled service. I recognize the time of my clients is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, I'm often functioning in an "on call" status ( wife, and mom of a toddler who needs a babysitter) and have traveled to the studio specifically for your service.

When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment. 

No show appointments (without contacting me) will be charged 80% of the appointment.

All cancellations* or rescheduled appointments (except for death, illness or injury) must be done within 12 hours of the appointment. *Cancellations less than 12 hours of the appointment (without valid excuse) will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
